August 8, 2008:  Dennis McCormick 5k Fun Run/Walk.  Suwanee, 7:30 a.m.  Fundraiser for the Collins Hill High School Cross-Country and Track & Field teams.  Race begins and ends at Collins Hill High School. 

August 16, 2008: Bulldog Dash 5K, Suwanee, 8 a.m.; 404-580-2715.  Fundraiser for the North Gwinnett High School Cross-Country Team.  Race begins and ends at North Gwinnett High School.

September 13, 2008:  Suwanee Day 5k Classic.  Suwanee, 8 a.m.  Race begins and ends at Town Center Park.

September 28, 2008: Duluth Fall Festival 5k.  Duluth, 8 a.m.  678-795-0115.

November 1, 2008: SKYLAR's Run, Suwanee, 8 a.m.  Unique run as far as you can event at Town Center Park in Suwanee.  Proceeds from the race are used to fund a number of worthy causes including the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Special Olympics of Gwinnett County.  For more information, clink on the link above or visit www.averagejoesracing.com.
